The Zoom Pro X5E Double Barrel trimmer is an industrial grade trimmer built for medium to large-scale cultivators in  hemp and cannabis industry. Originating in 2012, Zoom Technologies is known for their high throughput double barrel trimming machines and their great customer service. 

The dual barrel system increases throughput to up to 150lbs per hour. The variable tumbler speed, adjustable machine tilt and controllable vacuum air flow rate give you more control over your harvest. The dual barrel counter rotate design also creates a natural tumbling force that results in a gentle tumbling and overall better trimming  results.

Gentle on flowers 

The counter-rotating system allows the wet or dry material to gently tumble in each barrel. The Right Barrel rotates clockwise, while the Left Barrel rotates counter-clockwise. With this rotation only ONE reel cutter is needed to be precisely positioned for the best cutting action on both barrels. This counter-rotating system encourages the material to naturally roll into the cutting zone over the reel cutter. This gentle and effective  tumbling action helps to retain the trichomes. 

Adapt to processing a variety of strains and different moisture conditions 

The Zoom Pro comes with barrel speed control, tilt control and vacuum air flow rate control. With these features, you can optimize the Zoom Pro to process different strains in different moisture conditions. Turn down the tumbler speed and vacuum air flow for processing dry materials. Raise the machine incline to let the products go through tumblers faster for a rough trim. 

The tumbler speed control and tilt control are built-in features on the Zoom Pro. No attachments or accessories needed.

Detachable Giant Hopper 

The molded giant hopper is easily removed from the machine for transportation or storage. Tools are not required for removal or installation.  

For Wet or Dry Trimming 

The Zoom Pro comes with a set of angled hybrid barrels. Hybrid barrels are designed for trimming wet and dry flowers.  Angled narrow slots barrels for trimming small dry and fragile flowers are available for an additional cost. 

Do I need the Narrow Slot Barrel?

The Zoom Pro Double Barrel Trimmer comes standard with Angled Hybrid Tumblers for efficient trimming of wet and large dry flowers. If you need to delicately trim small, dry flowers, the Angled Narrow Slot Tumblers work best. Customize your order at the top – select either the set of two Hybrid Tumblers or go for the ultimate combo with the Hybrid and Narrow Slots Tumblers (total of 4 tumblers) for precise dry flower trimming.

Easy to Clean and Maintain 

The Zoom Pro has been designed to be quickly taken apart with no tools. All the shrouds can be removed in minutes for pressure washing the machine. All the material contact components can be easily cleaned or exchanged with clean parts. The stationary blades swing up to make it easy to clean underneath. This will help reduce the cleaning time and labor cost. 

Leaf Collector is included 

A heavy duty leaf collector comes with the Zoom Pro. With the big capacity of the collection bags, you can keep the machine running for many hours without emptying the bags. 

Tandem Ready for Increased Throughput, Better Trim and Reduced Footprint 

The innovative parallel design of the Zoom Pro has already doubled feed rate and throughput compared to a single barrel. By connecting two Zoom Pros in tandem, growers can significantly improve throughput for large-scale processing of cannabis or hemp flowers. For commercial cultivators handling thousands of pounds per day, running multiple trimming machines together is common. A tandem rack, which is used to connect the two machines, is also available to add-on:
