Bud Movement Through Airflow & Suction: Untrimmed buds enter through the top inner lid, dispersing onto the grate. The cutting blade and fan blade below spin together, creating vortex and suction to move and disperse buds during trimming. Blade depth is adjustable for strains with irregular shapes or dense, compact buds.

Airflow & Suction Control: Vortex and suction are modulated by altering airflow into the inner lids. Open lids for more suction, closed for more vortex. The airflow controller optimizes the combination of vortex and suction for bud size, density, and wet or dry trim.

Bud Rotation & Separation: Rotating, soft, food-grade silicone fingers and brushes help separate and gently roll the product along the grate. Control rotor direction and speed – slow for minimal agitation or faster/reverse for quicker trim cycles.

Batch Time Control: Adjust batch time based on factors like size, density, leaf quantity, rigidity, and moisture content. Proper Batch Time Control minimizes touch-ups, ensuring buds are in the machine for a short time, reducing potential damage.

Trim Wet or Dry: Equally effective as a wet or dry trimmer. Install the correct grate, adjust airflow, rotor speed, and blade depth. Since the bud is trimmed during contact with the grate, cycle times are much lower, minimizing potential damage.

Trim Collection & Filtration: The unique filtration system includes four collection bags with varying micron levels. As the leaf is trimmed, it enters the bags, agitated by the fan blade's airflow, resulting in two bags of leaf and two bags of kief.
